A sign taped on the wall reads" What would make this work more accessible for YOU." Blue post-its responding to that question surround the sign while someone with long dark hair looks towards the sign.

Strategizing and Consulting

Is your organization working to make their organization more inclusive for staff, artists, and/or audiences? Are you creating programming for and/or with disabled communities? Are you reviewing content and curriculum and trying to make it more accessible? Are you developing new resources to support disabled people? Lily can help with all these queries and more!

Know-Before-You-Go Guide Creation

Many audience members and visitors find clear instructions and visuals of what to expect at an event helpful and necessary. Lily has experience in creating videos, documents, and communications to provide that support.

Text at the top of the image reads "Virtual Verbal Description Tour: Sonya Clark." Underneath the text are three pictures of Sonya Clark's hair styled by hairstylists that stand in front of her and face the camera are displayed.

Audio Description, Alt Text, Touch Objects, and Verbal Description Tours

Often sight is centered in artistic experiences without any points of engagement for folks who are blind or have low vision. Lily can create alt text to describe images, audio description to share important visual information during events, touch object creation to engage multiple senses, and verbal description to provide tailored education for the needs of the blind and low vision community.

Break/ Stim Room Creation

Events can be overwhelming for many. A break space where there are supports for regulating, relaxing, and then potentially returning to an experience is a great support for individuals with many different types of disabilities. Lily has experience creating artistic and comfortable spaces for cultural institutions and performances.
